Hello ,,,, Does you Anti Virus Program have a "pop-up blocker" and/or "Ad
blocker" . Does your I.S.P. provide pop-up blocker . Also , in your browser
menu , click Tools/Pop up Blocker and select . Also , try a right click on a
blank space on the browser menu bar , you may have an option to check an item
like Norton Anti Virus and/or Norton Internet Security . When checked , the
button will be placed on the tool bar for convenient access to open and
selecting rather to block or allow "pop-ups" per website .

Hello .. This "Toolbar" will be at the top ... up by the address bar area .
After right click on an emty space here , you may select and click both
Norton buttons . One called "Norton Internet Security" and one called
"Norton AntiVirus" ,,, The option called "Norton Internet Security" will be
where the "block pop-ups on this wesite" and other options are hidden .
Click on this option to make this button appear on the "Toolbar" . Click on
the "button" {Norton Internet Security} and the "drop down" list of options
appear . The other button called "Norton Antivirus" {if selected} will also
have a "drop down" list providing more shortcuts to Norton features .

ok I right clicked in the blank space that you said and the only option I
have for norton is antii virus. After I click this drop down menu I dont have
any options for pop-ups.

Hello , The Norton 2005 "Norton Internet Security" version is the key to the
missing pop-up blocker feature .. you probably haven't the "Norton Internet
Security" . This "version" has the pop-up blocking feature . The $79.00
Norton . If you get the 2005 or the 2006 of same version , disable the
E-Mail scanning incomming and outgoing . I understand you have checked for
other possible pop-up blocker providers like your Interner Service Provider
may have a pop-up blocker feature you are not aware ? Try : Tools/Internet
Options/Privacy/Advanced/ and tic or check from First-party Cookies -or-
Third-party Cookies . In "Privacy" , at the bottom is a setting for Pop-up
Blocker .
