Problem with png graphics

For the last week now I have been unable to view png graphics with IE6. I
have no idea what happened or what might have changed on my system to cause
this to happen. Any thoughts as to how I can fix this?

Thanks

I've tried everything listed on both sites except for reinstalling
WindowsME, with no success. If I right click on the png graphic and select
Properties, the type for the graphic is listed as Not Available (I know
they're pngs, though, since I've checked them out on other computers.) I
really don't want to have to reinstall Windows just to view one type of
graphic. That really seems excessive.

Thanks.

The PNG image filter may not be registered correctly in the system registry,
hence IE is not able to display PNG images. You can try to re-register the
PNG filter DLL
again using the following steps:

Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the Open box, and then
press ENTER:

regsvr32 pngfilt.dll

No, sorry. That doesn't work either.
