Problem with outlook 2003 BCM after technical refresh.

I've been using Outlook 2003 and BCM successfully for a
few weeks. Moved all business contacts to BCM...works
great!. Did a technical refresh, which seemed to fix some
small bugs, but now, when i try to open BCM, i get
message "the set of folders could not be opened. The
server is not available."

When i try to reinstall BCM, i get message "this version
of BCM requires oulook beta 2003 (build
11.0.4920.2+). ..."

What is needed to access biz contacts?

Hmmmm. I found the answer and it was relatively easy -- I
just wonder why no one has posted a Reply.

Simply go to Help | Check For Updates. Backup your BCM
information, uninstall BCM, and download and install the
BCM Tech Refresh 2. It now works without flaw!

Once you do the Check For Updates, there's a page on how
to b/u, uninstall, and install the Tech Refresh.
