Problem with Opening Downloaded Compressed Game Demo Folder

I just completed downloading from eidosinteractive.com the Hitman Contracts demo. The demo is in a compressed folder (164 681 Ko).

The problem is that every time I try to open the folder I get the following error message:"COMPRESSED FOLDER IS NOT VALID OR IS DAMAGED".

Can someone make heads or tails out of this? Where did I possibly go wrong? Is there a way to still open this folder or should I try again?belp

Sounds like it simply got damaged/corrupted during the download. Have to
try again I'm afraid.
