problem with nvidia down load

I am having a problem installing a new driver for my video card and also
nvidia ntune program.I down loaded and saved.Then when I Went to install all
I got was system installer is running another progam.I checked and found
nothing.I have vista home prem.upgrade done on a clean install.

Reboot and retry running the installer file.
