Problem with new Version Spyware Beta Downloading

Any one yet experience this problem when trying to
download the new version of Microsoft Spyware Beta. Today
8/2 I received a message that prev version expired and I
had to remove from programs list to down load new
version. Did that and restarted my computer and then
began to down load the new version and received
Validation Code and typed that in and then hit the
continue button and then received this error message--

"We're sorry, but we were unable to service your

request. You may wish to choose from the links below for
information about Microsoft products and services." So
I read the Known issue's but none relate to this message
I am receiving. I again shut down my computer restarted
and tried the download again, and receive the same error
message. Any Ideas what is the problem?

I haven't seen this error. About all I can suggest is retrying--maybe at a
time of day or night which might be less busy--assuming that perhaps the
traffic level might be one possible cause.
