Hi,
Most likely an antivirus update stopped it from working. Or other changes you made a few
days ago. Disable (you may have to uninstall) the antivirus and see if that works. Could be
something else you picked up from the Internet. Check for any foreign programs or
spyware/malware and those type of programs.

'--'When I open Computers Near Me, it is empty. Nothing appears in the window. I do have
one XP machine and another one with Windows 2000. This used to work normally and on my
main machine I don't have a problem. I can ping the XP machine by name and it resolves an
ip address. This was working fine until just like a few days.
