I have only one domain controller in my network(Win2k advanced server)
NAT is cinfigured for internet connection sharing.
the problem is that it does not resolve Internet Names for clients.
I have configured NAT server for name resolution and since this the only domain controller
the DNS IP address is configured as the same Private NIC address of the domain controller which acts as
dns server too.
Can any one help me with that?

A couple of things:

1. Are you using Internet Connection Sharing or RRAS/NAT? If you are trying
to use ICS, it will not work correctly on a domain controller. Disable ICS
and use RRAS/NAT instead. See 250603 ICS May Not Function Properly with DNS
or DHCP Server Services on the

2. Your DNS server needs to be configure to forward to an Internet DNS
server. See 300202 HOW TO: Configure DNS for Internet Access in Windows 2000
