Hi, I saw a post on here regarding this issue, but I
couldn't find a resolution or any follow-ups. Here's the
situation:
We have a remote office with about 10 users who would (like
to) VPN in at any given moment. They have NAT setup at
this remote office, so all connections are coming from the
same IP. They can "usually" get 2 people connected
simultaneously to our VPN server from their network, but if
they try to connect anymore than that at the same time,
they receive an error saying "The remote computer is not
responding". I'm assuming this is a NAT issue as i've
never had people complain about this problem elsewhere, but
we have no other users who are coming in from multiple
machines on a NAT'd network.
All of the above mentioned users have their own usernames,
so they're not trying to login using the same username.
It's just they're coming from the same IP.
I just received an e-mail from an individual at the remote
office who said they've been able to login with mulitple
people at their office before, but the more people that
login, the flakier all the connections become.
Any help anybody could provide would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Jason
