I've installed the antispyware on 2 computers in my house. On one of the
computeres, in "Advanced Tools", and under "system explores", nothing shows
in the window. This feature works on the other computer and the settings are
the same on both. Any ideas? This seems to be to only way to try and get
help for this, no way to contact MS.

Try the following solution:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)

2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).

3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware"

Eventually if it doesn't work try the installation of a Service Pack for the
Visual Basic 6 runtime: This link is for SP6, but SP5 also appears to be
effective.

Try This

Close MS Antispy

Open up the command prompt screen

(start menu > run > type cmd then press enter)

Type in the following

regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

re-open MS AntiSpy

Thank you Thank you Thank you! Running the command worked! It's wonderful
that you folks will share your knowledge with those of us who are just
clueless! LOL! Thanks again!
