Problem With Mircosoft antispyware beta 1

Ok now this happens everytime I boot my computer and try
to run antispy... When the program trys to run it and
error comes up saying Unexpected error, quiting then a
few minutes later another message pops up saying Warning:
Mircosoft Windows AntiSpyware has encountered a critical
error(Error 101). Please restart Windows AntiSpyWare and
run the program again. If you continue to experience this
problem, please uninstall the program and install the
most recent version of Windows AntiSpyware. You can use
Add or Remover Programs in Control Pantel to uninstall
this version of Windows AntiSpyware. So I do what it says
yet the same problem keeps happening... anyone have any
suggestions
 
I have the same problem on win xp (sp2)

It works fine with one user but I can't start the program
with another (both are admins), tried to uninstall and
reinstall, same problem, tried to repair logged in with
the user that have problems and got a lot of errors about
dll files not able to register
