hello -
we are working in our ogranization with ex5.5 mail server .
the clients use office2000 micosoft outlook.

when we try to use the "out of office wizard" we got some troubles :
in our organization (in the LAN), the "out of office wizard" is working well ...
for example when i write the message " im not in the office until 18:00"
when users in the lan sending a message - they really recieve the reply " im not in the office until 18:00"

but, when users who outside the Lan sending a message (from hotmail.com for example) -
they don't recieve the message ( " im not in the office until 18:00)

so again - the "out of office wizard" is working well inside the Lan
but not working at all outside the line for external emails ...

i will be very grateful for every answer
--thanks--

This is a restriction on the mailserver and not in Outlook. By default OoOA
messages are not sent to messages which come from outside your LAN. This is
done for a possible endless look of auto-reply messages and answering to
SPAM messages.
