When I "right click" a picture that is stored on my computer and then click
"sent to" and then "mail recipient", I get a window asking what size I want
to send the picture. I then pick the size and a new window comes up and says
" No profiles have been created." With XP after I picked the size my mail
program would open up with the attachment ready to be sent. Windows Mail
will not do this for me. Any help would be appreciated.

That procedure works in my WinMail. Make sure yours has all its defaults:
Go to the Start menu, Default Programs, then
click the first item: "Set your default programs."
After a few seconds a list of programs comes up.
Click on Windows Mail. To the right you should then see
"This program has all its defaults."
If it has less than ALL of its defaults, fix it by clicking on
"Set this program as default."

You have installed or updated some version of Office and it has made Outlook
the default program. You can either switch to Outlook or make Windows Mail
the default at Control Panel | Default Programs.
