I have a new laptop with WindowsXP home edition. Until last week I was able
to access my office email via IE browser and WebAccess. Now, a windows logon
popup appears and when I fill in my user name and password, the window
disappears and comes back with an autofil that includes the website and my
user name and then won't connect. I retype my user name in the window and it
continues to fill in this default info and won't let me sign on. I did a
WINDOWS update sometime last week and maybe this is a bug in the new update?
My older desktop continues to work ok so it's something to do with the
changes in the new service pack, maybe? any idea where I go to seek help and
report this problem?

I am tending to have the same problem. I have all the settings set and when
I am on another computer and go to remote desktop to log in it says my user
name and password is wrong... any ideas of how to fix this? my ports are
open and all the options are fine but I can't log in from another XP computer.

I found out from my system admin that I needed to place a syr\ in front of my
login. It did the trick...not sure this will help you but, hope so.

Actually, I figured it out- it's because I am running on XP Home instead of
XP Pro so I need to go through a web based but that's soo slow. I'll prob
just upgrade to XP Pro.

Thanks.
