Problem with Localhost

Dear All,
I have a tomcat server running on my machine. Whenever I type IP
address of the machine to run the application it is successful But
once I run it using localhost. I am not able to get the page.I am
getting an error "Unable to determine IP address from host name for
localhost ". I went ot the setting of my IE and added localhost to the
exception but still the problem continues.

Hi Ravi,

Try the IP address i/o the domain name.

ie. http://127.0.0.1 i/o http://localhost

This is not an IE browser problem, but your Tomcat server setup. Check also
that your server is running!
