Problem with loading pages...

Okay, bear with me here...

Lately, I've been unable to load certain web pages through
IE6, and been unable to load anything through any
alternative browser. Form pages, those concerning log in
information (hotmail, half.com, https addresses), will not
load, won't even attempt to load, I just automatically get
a "cannot find server" page. I receive a similar message
when trying to use an alternate browser.

I've run every conceivable utility program to possibly
remedy this, but nothing seems to fix the problem,
whatever it may be. Any help would be appreciated.
