Hi people! I am new! I have this problem and was wondering if anybody can help me!
Every time I try to install the itunes I get this message!
Error 1402 could not open key hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel.
you should know that I can open itunes even thought but can't download music as it wan't recognized the ipod...
I can see it at my pc but can't download from itunes!
It is my pc at home so I guess I am the adm! I have norton antivirus 2006
can anybody explain me how to fic it so I can start downloading music?
I already try uninstalling and installing and rebooting the pc but nothing happen!
once I get to this message the installation goes back!
I tryed to already also downloading from apple web site but it is the same!
