I'm trying to add a Hayes Accura ISDN Terminal Adapter.
The driver has not installed correctly after the inital
plug & play recognition. I've since tried to add the
driver from the manufacturers CD using the Upgrade Device
Driver Wizard - but at the final step I keep getting a "No
driver selected for the device information set or element"
error message. When I try to remove the device (USB ISDN
TA128 CE) completely I also get an error - "failed to
uninstall the device. May be required to boot up the
computer".

Completely stuck and fed up trying to fix!!

Thanks for trying Dave Patrick - but no joy I'm afraid.

Control Panel|Network|"connection" and uncheck any bindings that may have
been added prior to removing the device.
