Problem with Internet Explorer

I used to be able to order library books on line. After automatic updates
from Microsoft, when I press "submit order" nothing happens. If I call the
library, they can order on line without a problem so it is something within
my computer. I've tried changing security settings but nothing seems to
work. Anyone have a suggestion as to what to try? I think it might have
something to do with first or third-party groups but not sure. I'm stumped!
 
Thanks for your response. I tried Firefox and it worked. I'd never used it
before so am leary of switching from Internet Explorer. I'm a persistent
person so will keep at it until I find what's wrong with IE. Thanks again.
 
I like, use & recommend FF. However, you will discover that some sites, such
as www.microsoft.com/updates will not work with FF.

Which version of IE do you have?

There are many potential causes for your problem.
