Please I am not trying to be smart here but the OP said he can't use IE
so unless he has another browser installed, he can't go to your links.
100% of the people I know have no idea that you can browse the net with
something other than IE (Okay, OK, so that doesn't say much for the
people I know). Anyway, I'm only posting this to point out what could be
easily overlooked and Doug did say thanks :)

Sorry for intruding

Since he posted from the Web interface I think it's safe to assume he has
some functioning browser.

Yes, he certainly can. Some people have more than one computer, others use their
friend's computer or post from work.
Anyway, it doesn't matter as long as Doug gets the information and hopefully
solves his problem. There will always be a critic. Some people we help others we
can't. I can only try.

I was not trying to criticise anyone. I live and work on a farm in the
middle of nowhere. I forget other people have easy access to other
computers - that's why I read this newsgroup - to try and remember
everything you people teach BEFORE I have a problem and am unable to
access the inforamtion.

Hi Miskairal,
The Newsgroup is a great place to learn. Save the information you collect and
perhaps print it out in case you ever need to use it seeing as you don't have
access to another computer etc.
