Windows XP problem with importing contacts into windows adress book

although i ve been looking up my solution in the internet i havent found anything about exporting my contacts from outlook xp and import them into my windows adress book (the one with outlook express)

i export file to csv type (comma sepparated files windows)

i then import them to adress book but it is all wrong and the mapping thing is incomprehensible

any ideas anyone?
