problem with impersonate

Hi Friends
i webApplication that provide Access to files in another virual Directory.
to prevent direct Access to files by for example i.e i used ACL Security .
the user that has permission to use resource is different from Users that
login to
Application and they should impesonate to that user.
the problem is that impersonate don't work an again window Dialouge box
appear for username and password how i could solve it.
