I cannot access the sell feature of Ebay. I keep getting the following
error message: "The instructions at "0x0c06c512" referenced memory at
"0x00000000." The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate
the program-or IE terminates with no error nessage. I have tried
reloading IE6.0, registery cleaning of error, Norton Win and Disk
Doctor, reloading W/XP SP2 and a multitude of other things. Can you
please suggest anything else I might do? Thank you.

Hi,
Some steps you might try:
1. Clear the Temporary Internet Files and History.
2. Clear all cookies or, at least, delete any/all ebay cookies.
3. Internet Options> Tools> Manage add-ons. Disable add-ons to see if one of
them is causing this.
4. Are cookie settings too restrictive? Internet Options> Privacy. Try low,
or specifically allow ebay cookies.
5. Startup in Safe Mode with Networking.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=315222 If the problem goes
away, a program that didn't load in Safe Mode is causing it. Look at
security, privacy, ad-blockers, etc. to find that program.
6. Run Protected Storage PassView from
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/pspv.html Delete any saved login information
connected with ebay.

Hope this helps,
Don

Hi Don, Thank you very much. You solved the problem for me. I had 3 items
under Internet Options>Tools>Manage add-ons that I had to disable. These
were Pluck Helper, Shockwave Flash Object and Yahoo! Companion. Yor help is
very much appreciated.
