W2K SP3 WTS with SP3 and IE 6 SP1

No user (administrator too) can use the IE over a terminalserver session. No
site will be displayed and the event viewer shows following error.

ID1000 Micorosft Internet Explorer:
iexplore.exe; 6.0.2800.1106; wininet.dll; 6.0.2800.1106; 00008833

Only the Administrator account can use the IE on the local console of the
WTS server.

Any ideas?

we have deleted the temporary internet files, cookies and all other temp
files

also we have uninstalled ie6 and tried ie5.5, but with the same result.

only the administrator can use internet explorer on the local console of the
terminalserver.

You could download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as administrator, start
a TS session as a normal user and try to run IE.

FileMon and RegMon will show you files and Registry keys that are
accessed, including "accessed denied errors. This may give you
some idea about where the problem is located.
