Problem with IE

I have a problem with IE that it won't load the page I am looking for. everything is up to date and I have the lastest version of everything. But my problem is that, for example, if I go to www.mdc.edu and then I click to open class search, a window will pop up but it won't load at all. I don't know whats wrong with it. If anybody can help me out here, I will be grateful. My internet is running, everything running. But I think it has to do with the java script, but i have the java software and all its files. Any ideas why it won't load???

The class search link open a secured window. You may be missing the file
"wintrust.dll" in your system directory. Check to see if that file exists on
your system.
