I have a HP 630C that I cannot seem to get to work properly. I have
been able to install the drivers no problems but when I try to print
the machine will pull the paper in to the start position and the
resume button light starts to flash. According to what I have read
this means the ink cartrdiges need ink but they are both full. I want
to know if there is a way i can check to see if the ink cartridges are
faulty or not without having to buy new ones. I do not want to have to
buy new cartridges only to find that the old ones were fine an dits a
problem with the printer itself. Is there a way to do this?

The only way I know to achieve that is to swap your carts into a
compatible printer, or swap in someone's known carts into yours.
