Problem with FreeCoder???

hi all,

I have downloaded the freeware FreeCoder. Apparently it records any sound in
the pc. Actually when i
select the record button it does record and generates the .mp3 file however,
when I try to play it no sound
is there. Though Media Player still plays it.

What could be wrong here?????
