problem with frames

I'm having a problem with the mainframe showing up on my
web site. It shows up when I edit it, but not in preview
or in internet explorer. The page was not built in
Frontpage, I used FTP to download it and used Frontpage to
edit it. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do
to fix this?
 
are you looking at the content or the frameset?
try to open the frameset first, look at in with file/ view in browser then
navigate to the page or type ?pagename.htm in the browser address window.
