Problem with form formatting.

I have a form that I keep running and it updates data from a table that other
people access. When a field changes, I want to be able to have the text or
background change colors, but If I ask it to do that, it changes the color of
that field for all the records. The form have many records listed. I know
this is easy in a report, but I can't seem to do it in a form. Can someone
help?

If you are using Access 2000 or later, look in Help for Conditional
Formatting. That is a way to limit the special formatting to one displayed
record. You are, almost certainly, using continuous forms view. There is
only one copy of the repeated form defined, and before Conditional
Formatting, it was a real pain to try to do most anything to the display of
just one record.
