Ms word 2002
Ms outlook 2002
windows XP Pro

I have a problem in using FAX in outlook.
I use "mail merge" in Ms Word and send fax to more than
2000 person and company by sending them to outlook 2002.
I setup "fax mail transport" before.
I prepare the document and click on "merge to e-mail"
and fill in boxes in next window
To: business fax ( [fax: xxx] format )
Subject line: test
Mail format: attachment
Send records: all
Then I get this message:
"A program is trying to automatically send e-mail using a
Microsoft Outlook Visual Basic Application command,
Item.Send. If you want this program to send this e-mail,
click yes. To stop the program, click no. If you are
unsure which program is sending the e-mail or why, you
may want to click No to avoid any possible spread of
viruses.
Note When this message is displayed, the Yes button is
not available for 5 seconds.
"
And I must click "YES" for example 2000 time and it is
very bad. It seems that there is a way to disable this
feature temporary.
Would you please to help me to solve this problem?

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

Then you are asking the impossible. This is the only solution.
You'll need a third party application.

My guess is that you have the wrong file association for TIF files. It must
be set to the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
