problem with explorer 7

Hi i have recently downloaded explorer 7, ever since i seem to have
problems. It takes ages to open up pages, many times they do not open at
all.

i have turned off the website phshing filter.

is this program a lemon. I run xp pro.

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without
Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).
