Problem with Design

I want to create a report in the following layout using Access 2000 or Excel 2000. It seems so simple but I'm so stuck!!! Any help is greatly appreciated. I have tried using pivot form and then using excel but am still lost. Thanks in advance. Pau

You need to be a little more specific. What are you
starting from? Do you have a table of invoices? Do you
have anything yet or are you just planning whether to do
it in Access or Excel?
