No. Just open the other PST file in Outlook. Then you can either set it as
the new default or copy what you want from it into the current default file.
Instructions on how to configure the Outlook Address Book:
Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change existing directories or
address book. Is the Outlook Address Book present? If not, back up a step
and follow the steps to add it. If it is listed, then make sure your
Contacts Folder is enabled as an email address book as above. More details
for these current versions is available here:

Post your Outlook version if you don't know how.
Outlook 2003 (Danish)
Include how you configured Outlook to use the copy of your PST file. You
should never overwrite a PST file.
Well, I reallu did'nt do anything 'Configuring' - Just copied the old
outlook file over the new file, and set up an e-mail acount.
Honestly - Its last time I overwrite an Outlook PST file!
'Import' is the correct way?

This is exactly my problem too on two different PC's
What I have done is to copy the outlook.pst file from the old PC on the
created outlook.pst file on the new pc.
I have got e-mails, contacts etc as expected, but when I look for the
contacts in the adress book, its empty.
The contacts are there under 'Contacts'.
If I try to make a new contact in the adress book, its made under
'Contacts', but is invisible in the adrsss book.
Is it possible to correct this (Some way of export/import or how to?).
Best regards
