Problem with confirmation redirect and results form

I keep getting an error that says to contact the website adminstartor when
coding a form mail that should post to a results form in my _private folder.
It send the mail vis th ehost but it does not post to the form or redirect to
a confirmation page...I just cant figure out how to fix this. Im not a techy
any information can help please.
