Recently I downloaded some *.chm files and can not open them but Old

Hi there,
Looks like you need to reassociate CHM files with HTML Help. To do that,
open Windows Explorer and click on Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to CHM, then browse to your Windows folder and find hh.exe. If
you need to re-download HTML Help, you can do so here:

This is probably caused by a security update that Microsoft made
