Problem with chinese input with ICQ

i have problem with chinese inputting text, when i input
chinese text it halt my ICq Program. i have been using
Windows XP chinese(PRC)text input for while it didn't gave
me any problem but recently it halt my icq program. what
can i or should i do with it?

As this has nothing to do with XP, suggest you contact ICQ's technical
support (if such a thing exists).
