problem with cd-rom/dvd directory listing!

using winxp pro.
when I insert a new disc in my cd-rom or dvd-drive and click into the drive
from my computer it shows the directory content of the previous disc...
...even if I hit refresh a thousand times it still does.....
what the hell is going on?

I've seen the complaint thousands of times; never seen a fix for it.

Right-clicking on the drive in My Computer and selecting Eject to unload and
load seems to display the correct contents, but that's a lot of trouble. A
multimedia keyboard with a CD eject button seems to work too (at least on the
first CD).

I uninstalled Blindwrite application....now it works as normal! weird..

Try the knowledge base article 817357 - there is a hotfix
available - about 4MB.
