Problem with browsing to Add Folder

I've got Frontpage 2003 and Windows XP Pro. Going to Import and Add File
goes immediately to listing all the folders and files that I have previously
added from other webs. In other words, the Browse function does not work
correctly. I get the hour glass for 20 minutes while it loads folders and
files from many other web sites. I have to wait for those to load, then
delete them, before it will browse normally. I completely uninstalled
Frontpage, and reinstalled it, but the same thing happens. I haven't seen
this problem described elsewhere. Does anyone have any idea what might be
causing this, and how it might be fixed?

Make sure on the File Import Dialog you select File System and enter a starting file location (say C:\) before you browse

Thanks. If I just put C:\, it says I'm attempting to import a whole drive.
But I was able to type the entire path to the folder I wanted to import, and
that worked fine. Doing that seemed to break the stranglehold on the Browse
function, and now it seems to be working as it should.
