Problem with brand new A7N8X-X

I just got this board today, after setting up the computer and turning it on
for the first time all I get is long beeps. These beeps will be about 3
seconds long and have a 1.5sec break before another beep.

The setting is the following

Antec Lanboy Case (Antec true blue 350w PSU)
Athlon XP 2800+
Geil 2x 512 DDR 333mhz ram
Leadtek Geforce FX 5700 128 meg
SB Audigy 1
Leadtek TVXP 2000
IBM 60 GIG HDD
Lite On 48 speed CDRW
Hitachi 4x DVD drive

I don't know what is wrong here. Theres nothing in the manual to explain
these beeps either.

It can't see, or doesn't like, your memory.
