Problem with BIOS

I've BIOS 1010-003 beta. My system hang up. I'd like to back to 1008 but I
don't have floppy disc drive. what can I do?

You could try reading the manual that come with the motherboard.

Your motherboard has 88E8001 LAN controller. There is a bad driver
for the LAN controller, and the bad driver file causes the
computer to hang up. Change the driver and the system should work
better.

The bad driver is v8.35.2.3 . It will cause a hang up.
