Problem with background music via ASF

Hello

In my previous computer I've used Outlook express and I was able to add
background music in ASF - format (so catch it from the website) Now I have
outlook2003 and it can find (under background) no longer SOUND as in Outlook
Express. Who can help me ?

Windows XP SP-2 has broken the ability to embed sounds and video in email
(thank goodness for small favors).
