problem with autoformatting in company field

When creating a new contact for the El Paso Corp. - my
largest client - company name automatically changes
to "Paso Corp., El". Manually changing it will work, but
when doing a 'new contact for same company' it reverts
back to the incorrect format.

Go to TOOLS / OPTIONS Contacts, then change the option at
the bottom of the screen...
 
Thanks for the quick reply, but I'm still having
trouble. As I understand it, your remedy would apply to
the personal name of the contact - not the name of the
company. I can't seem to find where to change format
settings for the [company] field.
