Problem with Astra 2000P

Hi, was wondering if anyone might have some info on a problem I'm having
with this scanner. When scanning, I get 2 yellow stripes that run vertical
the whole length of the scan. The first is along the left side about an inch
wide and the second is around twice that width and starts about 2/3's the
way over from the left side. I've cleaned the mirrors and bulb but still get
them. Any ideas?

Unless you took the mirrors out, you may have cleaned the wrong sides.
