Problem with Anti-Spyware

I have downloaded and ran the program once and it worked.
But know when I try to use it again it freezes up my
computer and I can not uninstall it as when I try either
nothing happens , my computer freezes or when I try to go
into my control panel and click on Add or Remove Programs
Icon it freezes. Anyone got any clue what the problem is
My operating system is Windowa XP Home Edition
 
Your system is probably damaged by spyware, and the removal made it apparent. Try a Repair setup.

If you run an XP "Upgrade"setup, from the original, or "Gold" version of the setup CD, and you have SP2 installed, it might go into
a setup loop, and you could lose your install. Uninstall SP2, BEFORE you Upgrade setup from CD (that lacks sp2 on it.)

Try boot up in Safe Mode and run it from there.
