Problem with adprep /domainprep

Win 2000 std server. SP 4
i'm trying to run adprep on the domain.
Have runned adprep /forestprep and no problems
When i try to run adprep /domainprep i got å message that says:
"Windows can not locate the the sysvol location."
The netlogon service is running.
I hope some one have an advice
