Problem with address book of Outlook 2003

Hi Forum,

I'm using Outlook 2003 and got the following problem.
I click 'New' to create a new email
I click the 'To:' button and the address book is shown

The addresses are sorted "First Name - Last Name", but I prefer "Last
Name - First Name". Where can I change this? I can find any options
that change this. I only can change the sorting in 'Contacts'.
