Problem with access to attatched documents sent to me

Hi I hope you can help me

When i receive documents attached to emails, i am not
allowed access and the following message is on the
email...."OE removed access to the following unsafe
attatchments in your mail"

It seems to allow certain jpegs though

Please help

There is a Porgram named "Outlook Tuner XL" with this tool you can unlock
the attechments!!!
I have attachment this tool if you want to download it!!!
First you have to choose witch Outlook Version you have. Second: when you
have to select the items, do a right klick on the form and klick on "alle".
And last klick on Anwenden!!!
Now you can save the attechments!!!

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Launch OE and click on Tools > Options > Security [tab]. Under Virus Protection section, uncheck "Do not allow attachments.....", then click on the Apply & OK buttons.
