Problem with Access Reports

I have written a database to produce reports for one of the primary
feeder schools attached to my school. The problem is I have made a
simple report that is based on a table, it shows the name of the first
pupil twice which puts out the comments e.g. the repeated name has the
second person's comment the second person has the third person's
comment etc.

I have written many simple databases, but I cannot see the solution to
this.

Just a hint before I leave for the weekend.
What I would do is look at the source query for this
report. View the query data and see if that is properly
allinged. If not this is you problem and you'll have to
correct the query. If this is allright, go back to the
report and select the applicable texboxes and click format
size > to fit.

Now check the allignment of all your textboxes and labels.
I do expect though that the problem is in the underlying
query.
