Problem with a wmv file. Can't frame advance

Does anybody know why one wmv file I have won't let me frame
advance,(skip ahead)?
Other files I play in media player 9 will let me do this. Is the file
corrupt or something?
 
Hey Elfan,

There is a great chance that the video you downloaded (.WMV) is corrupt. Try
downloading the video (.WMV) from the same source as before.
