problem with a virus program

i have a big problem i am useing norton antie virus on my
computer mean time i down loaded panda antie virus and
its courseing me big problems i have tryed deleting it
from add and remove programs all so going in to my back
up hard drives and tryed deleting it from that can you
help please in giveing me help how to delet this thank

Try to remove it in safe mode. press f8 several times
when starting your computer.
